What are your volleyball accomplishments as a player or coach?
Volleyball became a huge part of my life at the age of 10. The love I grew for the game allowed me to live and breathe volleyball for seven years of competitive ball. The highlight of my playing career was getting recruited and committing to play collegiate volleyball, which was no longer possible after injuring my shoulder. My biggest accomplishment in my career was making the decision to share my passion for the game and becoming a coach. This is my 5th year coaching club volleyball!

More about Coach Kailey

Your favorite part about coaching volleyball?
Allowing my players to see just how great they can be individually and as a team. That moment when they all come together as a team and realize that all their hard work is paying off is my favorite! Through the highs and the lows, the growth is empowering.

Favorite VB memory?
During high school ball my varsity coach always instilled confidence and encouragement through every practice and game. The memory of her powerful words that followed me to the court everyday is my favorite to look back on.

Why Wisconsin Premier Volleyball Club?
Jumping into Premier, I noticed right away that this is a club that is dedicated to making a difference in the life of athletes while providing ongoing support from the entire coaching team! The positive and welcoming environment is a mission I stand with.

What do you do outside of volleyball?
I am a Sales Director at two long term care facilities in Washington County. I help families find the care that they need for their loved ones and being their to comfort, educate and assure them is something I’m passionate about. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, my dogs and photography on the side!
