A player who gives extra. One who applies her coach’s suggestions. One who inspires her teammates to have a little more fun or push a little harder for the extra point. One who stands out not because of the win but because of the effort. One who deserves to be recognized.
Thank you players for giving us your all.
Kendra really stepped up on the court when we needed her to this past weekend at GLPL. She always is the first one at practice, and works hard and always wants to learn and get better each day. She has a positive attitude on and off the court during tournaments and practices.
Paiton is usually our libero, but this weekend she was put in as a six rotation outside. I don’t think anyone watching her would have known. She hit over .100 after 88 attempts (the most attempts on our team). She dominated on the service line and passed dimes all day! Great job Paiton!
Erin had a great week for 16 Teal. She always hustles after every ball even if it seems impossible to get; plus her positive “You can do it” encouragement never stops. Keep up the hard work Erin!
Lily is juggling multiple high intensity sports and maintaining a large course load is school. She is a go-to player as a freshman for the girl’s basketball JV team at Whitefish Bay and is still maintaining honors in school as well as being a core contributor in practice each and every night we meet up. Her competitive drive is never too over-bearing but is always enough to get the team to rally behind her and support her as one of our setters of the team. She has really pushed herself to learn as much as she can this season and has embraced our ideologies with full confidence and comfort. Lily is a player that any team would be blessed to have participate.
Anna always has a great attitude on and off the court and she’s very coachable. Anna has been improving since day one with hitting, passing, blocking, and serving. Great job Anna!
Claire’s passion for the game is through the roof and is becoming infectious. She’s constantly asking for more reps and goes all out on each one. Her natural athleticism combined with ultra aggressive play makes her a great person to have on the team.
Autumn had a great tournament at UW Whitewater this weekend. She is usually just a front row middle hitter for us and will serve occasionally from her spot, but today due to an injury and a basketball tourney she was asked to play all around. Autumn hit a 611 with 24 kills and only 2 errors on the day. She found the court and did a great job placing the ball. From the service line, she had 10 ace serves on 32 attempts with 2 errors. An all-around great day of play from Autumn. We look for more good things to come throughout the season.
Rayen is the player of the week. She has improved so much since the first week. She has shown growth not only has a setter, but a leader. She is taking charge on the court, and pushing her teammates to be the best they can be.
Emily is an incredibly smart athlete that has worked very hard these last couple weeks. Her serves have made huge strides and a very big part of that has to do with her doing at-home drills and going the extra mile. We are so excited for Emily’s volleyball future.
She has demonstrated a lot of progress in her skills and is becoming more and more aggressive in taking balls, a much needed quality in a setter. Great job Kelli!
Morgan continuously shows improvement and always works hard. In tournaments and practice she stays focused and plays aggressively and plays a vital role in keeping points alive.
Sadie improved her serving and had a break out day in blocking and hitting at the Whitewater invite. Sadie always works hard and hustles in games and practice. Keep up the great work!
Works hard, positive attitude, tries everything we ask to get better. Great job Vivian keep up the great work!
She has showed great leadership on and off the court. Her setting abilities are a huge reason why we get a lot of points in transition. Her tough serve makes it hard for opponents to pass the ball in serve receive. She works hard each day in practice and tournaments wanting to be the best setter she can be. Here reverse the flow sets and choice making on the court is some of the best around. Keep up the great work Mack
Liz had an attacking percentage of over .600 for the entire tournament. She protected the net with 4 solo blocks, multiple block touches and dominated over passes. She also proved her versatility with a couple of aces and digs!
She showed great decision making with her setting this past weekend at GLPL, she lead the team with 41 assists, 18 digs an 15 service points. Keep up the hard work Madison!
Karissa has improved greatly on her middle blocker position since the beginning of the season. From closing the block to transitioning to hit, she is working hard on owning the middle. Nice job!
Brielle has taken pushing her limits and boundaries as a player to the maximum. She has embraced the ideology of the team and program as a whole and has adamantly worked at applying it to her overall game. In our first GLPL event, we were lead by Brielle’s consistency, sharp decision making, relentless defense and precise serving. Brielle continues to bring this dynamic into all of our practices and it will be exciting to see where her skills develop from here.
She is very coachable during practices and games, aways willing to learn, work hard, improve, and is always willing to play other positions. Ellie has a positive attitude and always a team player.
Rachel has been working hard on placing her hits and as a result has been upping her hitting percentage. She also continues to improve her timing as a blocker. She’s becoming a real force to deal with in the middle.
She had an outstanding tournament for us this weekend. We spent the week working with her on staying back and getting a full approach and it worked. She was the go to for our setter as she was consistently able to put the ball in play. Ellie hit a 354 for the tourney
She is always pushing herself and her teammates. She is there on and off the court for her teammates. She is always trying to better herself for the team. She is a great asset for our team and is a great teammate as well.
Alyssa’s positive attitude, motivation for constant progression, and hard work continues to pay off after finishing our second tournament of the season. As our libero, Alyssa is a major component to our defense and this weekend ran down more volleyballs to the right back corner than Coach Jac and Coach Katelyn have ever seen at this level. Alyssa’s defense and serve receive was a huge factor in our success this weekend.
Abby’s hard work on her hitting over the past week really paid off in our tournament on Saturday. She was a stud in our third match against West Side Slam. I can’t wait to see her look even better at our next tournament in 2 weeks!
Cecilia has shown huge improvements since the beginning of the season. As a setter, she hustles to every second ball no matter where it is on the court. Her aggressive serving has also helped our team win in tight situations – Nice work, Cece!
Kaelyn, has really improved her passing and had some clutch serving for us, especially at the Whitewater tournament
Sarah has really shown a great work ethic and positive energy at practice and in tournaments. Great work and keep it up!
Ari has showed great leadership on and off the court. Here presence in the middle has been part of our huge success in our offensive game. She was our leader in kill percentage when we went 7-1 at the Winter Championship. Ari’s great positive attitude and hard work ethic makes her an overall fantastic player to coach. She pushes her teammates and works hard to earn every point.
Madigan has been working hard in practice to implement the right foot work in transition and on her approach as an outside. The results were her being the go to hitter for our team in tough situations. She also played a huge role as a passer as she played all the way around.
Our middle attackers have been fantastic this season so far. Lilly ended the Winter Classic with 28 kills, 9 blocks and 1 dig! She was positive influence on and off the court!
Great job of serving in games tallied up a bunch of aces along with a couple game winners in the winter classic! also doing what liberos do covering the entirety of the court as well as laying out for the ball.
Continuously showing tons of positive energy and was consistent with her play all weekend. Was able to rally her team around her and assume a leadership role in the back row that proved pivotal in providing opportunities for our team to improve vastly. She even helped out with 18 White on Saturday of Winter Classic!
She has always had a positive attitude and has been adaptable when put in other positions. This past weekend she had several big spikes for us and had a game winning serve for us.
Ava is growing into a great uniter on the court with her ever-positive attitude. The simple act of a pre-serve slapping of her teammates’ hands visibly lifted spirits when things would start to slide. Combine that with her solid back row play she is a strong player.
She was a team leader on and off the court. She led the team in serving as well as assists.
Not only has Ava demonstrated extreme levels of hard work but she has also illustrated how dedicated she is in just one tournament. After 14-Black was finished playing on Sunday, Ava asked her mom if they could stay so she could watch the older Premier teams play to learn and support her fellow club-mates. We are confident Ava’s attitude and work ethic will take her far.
Lindsey demonstrates positive energy, both on and off the court, and always works hard. In our first tournament, she was aggressive and consistent in her back-row passing, and had strong serving throughout the day! Even at practices, Lindsey shows great focus and is always having fun! Keep up the great work, Lindsey!
Like our whole team, Abby has worked hard to improve, and now has taken on more of a leadership role with our younger players.
Shea is one of the hardest working players in the gym. Her determination to continue to strive for greatness is something special. She is a leader of the teams back row, and hustles for every ball. She leads us in digs and goes up against some of the hardest hitting players in the Midwest during tournaments. Keep up the great work Shea!
Sadie hit positively in every game this weekend as a six rotation outside. One match she hit over .500. She also was one of our leading servers who brought us back in a crucial match the score was 20-23 and we ended up winning 26-24 behind her serve!
Mandi has 7 blocks 23 kills and 3 digs this past weekend at GLPL. She is always a clutch player when it comes to our offensive attack. Great job Mandi keep up the hard work!
Allison tore it up in the middle this weekend at GLPL. She did a phenomenal job closing blocks and getting touches and topping off her rotation with several aces from the service line!
Mia stepped in this weekend as the Libero in 14 of the 15 sets that we played this past weekend almost seemlessly. It was a big role for her to take on and one that she did so with grace, poise and great leadership qualities. She was a key factor in serve receive, defense and energy that kept the team driven, focused and keyed in on their overall goals this weekend. Mia probably walked away this weekend with a few more bruises than usual and definitely exhausted from her consistent digs to the floor and hustle across the entirety of the net, but the effort surely paid off and we are proud to see her excel in the position that she did. Sky’s the limit from here for Mia!
ISABELLA GIANNIOU Izzy had some big serves and plays this weekend for our team. Izzy is always ready to learn, has a positive attitude, and is eager to play. Keep up the great work Izzy!
Emily is this weeks player of the week. Due to an injury and a disease Emily was pushed out of her regular DS position into the outside hitter spot. Instead of playing a tentative and safe game, Emily took a full out swing at every set she was offered. The result was she had the 2nd most kills on the team for the tournament. Coach Charley loves never having to worry if Emily is going to bring it all every play, every day!
Without her drive and her killer serves we would not have done as good as we did in tournament. She works so hard on and off the court. I have seen so much growth in Emma since day one, and I know she will continue to push not only herself but the team.
Julia constantly works hard in practice and at tournaments. This weekend she was not only setting great but she also had a solid number of kills on the right side. Julia’s volleyball IQ continues to grow, while she not only pushes herself but also her teammates.
Ava took her competitive energy to another level this weekend and fueled our team when we needed it most in our tournament. She is consistent in all she does and hustles for every ball.

She works hard on the court as she sets and plays right side for us. Keri had a great weekend of blocking this past weekend at the Sports Performance Presidents Tournament. Keep it up Keri!

Ashli has been working very hard on being a more consistent hitter and it started to show this past weekend. She racked up her season high kill total while cutting her errors by more than 50%. She also had great success with her serve and has to be credited with the quickest smile on the team!
Taylor had a great tournament for us this weekend in the Dells. She has been our consistent go to for kills, but this weekend she really did a great job in finding holes in the court and mixing up her shots. Taylor is becoming a real leader for this team. She hit 223 with 36 kills, 4 ace serves and 23 digs. Taylor is a great all around player.
Anna has been making huge strides these past couple weeks. She had a great tournament in the Dells where she really focused and power and placement. Anna is very coachable and not to mention extremely hilarious. She brings a very fun and impactful light onto our team every time she plays.
Maddie led our team by example this weekend. As emotions ran high on our team, she was a steady, positive presence on the court and the side lines.
Jenna is one hard working player, she always brings a great attitude in practice and games. She works hard at her craft of being a defender. She pushes her self each day while on the court, and is a great teammate. She works hard in the back row to make sure no balls hit the ground.
Abbi led the team in blocks and hit positively for the tournament. She always brings tons of energy and fresh dance moves to the court.
Dagney had a great weekend at down the GLPL. Dagney did a great job in all the matches making sure she was involved in every play moving on defense and attacking on offense when she got the chance. She continues to work hard and give effort improve each day. Nice job!
Paige has proven time and time again just what it means to absorb knowledge and grow as an individual and a player. This is Paige’s first true competitive season of club volleyball and she has taken everything in stride. Supported by a great team that trusts in her and sees her potential, Paige has grown into the right side that we see now. Paige, through 3 games this weekend, hit a .325 with 15 kills. Her ability to never get down on herself, to keep pushing forward and to always better the ball has been a great asset this season. We love having Paige here at Premier!
She played all the way around for us this past Saturday in GLPL and overall had great passes. She had several big serves for us and hits.
Ava’s been working hard on putting some more spice on her serves and it’s working. She’s worked her way into a serving spot in the rotation and has been scoring! She’s also becoming more dynamic in her hitting and blocking making her more of a force at the net. Keep up the good work!
She works so hard and has a huge impact to the game. She is a silent learner, but with her block and attitude she pushes all the girls to be better.
Maddie worked extremely hard this past week in practices. She is showing much improvement in her serves and passing. Maddie’s progression continues to shine on the court as the season furthers. We are very proud of Maddie and all she has accomplished especially because she was able to adjust so quickly to a new position that she hadn’t played before. Maddie is not only very coachable but she brings a fun and positive energy to every practice and match.

Syd the Kid paved the way this past weekend down in Schaumburg as our go-to player for getting us back into the game. Racking up a total of 53 kills and hitting .248 on the weekend, Sydnie displayed her dominance to be an option both perfectly in system and extremely out of system from the outside. Her ability to make relationships with teammates on and off of the court is astounding and she is always searching for more ways to continue improving in this game of volleyball.
