Experience and Background

2023 is my first year coaching club with Wisconsin Premier. In Fall, I was an assistant varsity volleyball coach at Southern Door HS in Door County, WI. In college, I played for the UW-Milwaukee Women’s Club Volleyball team. I started playing club on a 12U team through Wisconsin Power in Green Bay. Later, the club transitioned to what is now known as One Wisconsin.

Coaching Philosophy

This season, I want to focus on player development, mental toughness, teamwork, and character building. While I want to my team to be competitive, my foremost priorities are dedicated effort, continuous improvement, and exemplary sportsmanship! I will create a positive and energetic environment for the girls to have fun, while also becoming a better player, teammate, and overall individual.

Certifications and Training

Certified group fitness instructor. I taught summer pilates classes at the YMCA in my hometown, Door County.

CPR and First Aid Certified

I will be getting certified as a Health and Wellness Coach in the spring.

Achievements

My senior year of high school we won Conference which was the first time in school history. The same year I was named unanimous First Team All-Conference. Freshman, sophomore, and junior year, I was honored to be part of the All-Conference Team selection.

Personal Touch

I will graduate from UW-Milwaukee in December ’23 with a BS in Nutritional Sciences. In my free time, I like spending time with my two nieces (soon to be three nieces!), traveling, going on long walks, reading, and cooking (of course). I love the sport and can’t wait for the season!
